12 Team Yahoo! 7x7 Roto League(Extra Cats:TB,BB,IP,Losses)

C: Geovany Soto (C)
1B: Justin Morneau (1B)
2B: Robinson Cano (2B)
3B: Adrian Beltre (3B)
SS: Edgar Renteria (SS)
OF: Carlos Beltran (OF), Juan Pierre (OF), Matt Kemp (OF)
Util: Jay Bruce (OF), Ryan Howard (1B)
DL: Rickie Weeks (2B), Alfonso Soriano (OF)

SP: Chad Billingsley (SP,RP), Aaron Harang (SP)
RP: Kerry Wood (RP), Takashi Saito (RP)
P: Joe Borowski (RP), Mike Gonzalez (RP)
BN: Justin Verlander (SP), John Maine (SP), Josh Beckett (SP), Wandy rodriguez (SP), Jered Weaver (SP)

So pretty much, everyone's been avoiding my team like the plague and I've heard from 4 or 5 leaguemates they have no interest in any players on my team. As you can tell, my team has been ice cold (Soto has been sucking, Cano has been cold like he usually is the first half, Beltre is a secvond half plaer, Renteria has been incredibly cold, Kemp went on a huge homerless streak until just recently, and Howard is hitting low 200's. Harang is doing terribly, Verlander started off pathetically, Beckett's been under acheiving, as has Weaver) Yet I've been in first practically the whole year, and currently i'm in second by 2 points.

So I was wondering, what would you rate this team. Do you think it could win it all? Am I missing something here, or are my leaguemates just too absorbed in current stats to realize what m team is capable of. Also, this is just a cold streak...right? I didn't hit the Anti-Jackpot and get loaded with underacheivers... I hope.

I think you have a pretty solid team. There are some players who will have worse stats this year compared to last (Cano, Verlander), but you have a lot of talent and should be fine. Assuming your guys are duds, you should be very competitive and push for first place. I do think Renteria is done and I worried about Pierre and Kemp once Andruw gets back (reduced playing time). I think you are solid as is and would only make a move to improve at SS or 3B.

Renteria got off to a slow start, but so did the entire Tigers line up. There's not one indicator to suggest Renteria is "done". He's just off to a slow start.

I dropped Wandy for Sheff. I'm a believer in Sheff, and I think Wandy will come back to this world soon, and in a hard way.
