a bunch of fantasy addicts are starting a new league. It is a dynasty league w/25 man MLB roster and 20 man minor league roster. draft your team and keep it year after year.

Does not meet any of your requirements, but worth a shot. I have been involved commishing leagues since 2003 so it should run smoothly. It is on cbs.sportsline and costs $13 a year for the league (as close as we can get to free). We are looking for a few more solid owners that love fantasy baseball and are active owners.
