Spilbourghs may not have a lot of experience for a guy his age, but he has had a couple stops in the minors where he put up a 1:1 K:BB, and has shown constant development in his plate discipline through his major league career.2006 Ttl:

Maybe his plate discipline won't stay quite
this spectacular, but walks and strikeouts are about as non-flukey as any stats get. This looks like a real progression to me.
