Manny or Sheffield?

1.11 - League counts OBP & K's are negative. Consensus 5x5 is Manny but I'm leaning towards Sheffield
Any thoughts???

If it's a keeper I'd take Manny, he's a bit younger. Sheffields 37 and had a history of wrist and hand injuries. :-o

non-keeper...forgot to mention that. Also, thinking of following up either manny/sheff with renteria. Looking to give me an more than solid foundation in BA

I'd take Sheffield. He's got at least one more nice year in him.
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.

Close one - in a 5x5 I'd go for Manny, but with the extra 2 cats I'm not sure - Manny will probably get a couple more walks, but not many, whilst Sheff will K a lot less.

I'll still lean very slightly to Manny.

Manny huh....

Keep the good thoughts coming guys...I appreciate it. Not to throw a monkeywrench in all this but I could still get Nomar in the first and then take my pick maybe of sheff/manny in the second....Which combo is best? manny/nomar, manny/renteria, sheff/nomar, sheff/renteria?

Well, as it turns out I ended up with Sheffield and Renteria....I think that works out well b/c I've got a very solid foundation for avg, r, sb, obp & K's...
