Your SP looks fine, with the exception of Kuroda. Switch him out for a better SP.

Your batting lineup looks very weak. Polanco is having an off year, never hit for much power, and his avg. this year is terrible. I don't really know your catcher, sleeper pick? Make sure he gets playing time, and isn't being platooned. I'd rather have an every-day Kurt Suzuki than a sleeper catcher who plays 30-40%. Doumit's out, so shift him to the D/L to open a spot, first off. I wasn't even aware LaRoche was playing.... I don't think he is. And even if he does, he'll be splitting time with Kent/Nomar/DeWitt... Griffey's a bit weak as an OF, there are plenty of hot OF's you can be switching around. For example, as long as Milton Bradley stays hot, he should have a roster spot. Looking at your BN, you are sitting on a lot of young prospects that might not even play this year, and even if they do, their fantasy contributions might be negligible. Dump at least Garko, Willingham (frees up your d/l for Doumit) and one of your two prospects, and just hit the waivers list for better players. 8th place does not sound like a far stretch with this team, you'll have to fight to make it to the playoffs.
