The main reason I might pay for it this year is for setting lineups the next day. If I can't find out until tomorrow how my players did today, I might miss something if I have to set my lineup tonight because I don't have time tomorrow morning.
Maybe I've been waiting for a player to break out of a slump before I insert him in my lineup, or maybe I'll notice that a player is hurt before I leave him in the lineup for another wasted day. Maybe I'll notice that one of my SP's got shelled in Colorado and decide not to start his teammate the next day.
I know that today's performance shouldn't have *that* much bearing on tomorrow's lineup or tomorrow's free agent pickups, but hey, I guess I'm an emotional fantasy player, and today's stats do have an effect.
