Should I keep my closers? WHIR

Well, this may sound weird, but I'm thinking about just getting rid of my closers and getting some middle relievers for those spots since I'm losing every week in saves and I might as well get some more IP's and APP's, good or bad move? If so, who are the best middle relievers to look for?

I would drop Rauch for Santiago Casilla (OAK) for sure. Grab a few saves, ton of K's and some vulture wins.
