Feedback needed on my $ league team! WHIR always.

Looking for a little feedback/advice on my money league team after a month of play. How does my team look? Where do I need to improve? So far I'm near the bottom in runs/hr's but I think I'll be fine in that regard. I might like to add an ace SP down the line. I'd appreciate any comments you might have regarding my team and will definitely return the favor.

14 team roto league 5x5. We keep 5.

I think you're infield is pretty solid, so there isn't much you really need to do there.

I also like your outfield in general. Francoeur and Lee are solid, and I think Pierre can provide you respectable numbers provided he gets the at bats, which has been getting lately.

I'm less high on Bay (having dealt him myself), though you could do worst. His value isn't especially high right now, so you may be better off holding him and seeing how he does once LaRoche starts hitting again (as opposed to just dropping him or selling him cheap). Sheffield's health has been questionable this year, but I think if he can get and stay healthy, even if for just a little while, he can make some noise in that lineup.

First thing I would do is lose Escobar - he's done on the year, so you may want to use that DL slot for someone else (like Chris Carpenter, if he is available). Your starters aren't top notch, but they are more than enough to get you descent numbers. When Pedro gets back, someone will have to go. Personally I would drop Weaver or Perez when that happens, but that's just me. Or you could try and package one of those two with Bay for an upgrade.

Your closers have been struggling, but the potential for big save numbers is there, so I would be patient.

I like the middlemen, since they can help you knock down your ERA/WHIPS and get you occasinal win and vulture saves. Over a full season, that stuff adds up. So hang onto those two.
