The Toronto Blue Jays in general. Gregg Zaun has a terrible arm and his pitchers don't make it any easier on him. For example, both Halladay and Burnett don't check runners and have long windups. Almost anyone can run against the Jays.

Kendall is a good one to run on, though a part of his problems last year was the Cubs pitchers are terrible at holding guys on. He'll still be below average.

Once again - if you click on "unqualified", he shows up.

He was among the best last year, but he missed a lot of time.
