12 team H2H....Please Rate My Team

I'm in a 9x9 12 team H2H league...here are the categories:
BA,1B,2B,3B,HR,RBI,R,SB,BB
BBI,K,ERA,WHIP,W,L,S,CG,QS

Here is my Team: I will have to drop 3 players by March 30th to have a legal lineup and a 4th player to open the door for Y.Gallardo.What position/category do I need the most help in? Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.

Drop Taveras if your fine in the steals category, Sexson's a bum unless you really need HR's, Diaz is expendable as well. You also have enough starting pitcher depth to be able to drop Baker if necessary too!

I'd drop marquis, sexson, snyder, and diaz.
