Just to put it into context...

I'm actually the one that drafted Saunders in the 24th round. Our very own Snakes drafted Maine in the 18th round.

they're definitely in the same tier so to speak, but i dont know why a pick was thrown in. either way, boomer did what he did to make sure he got his guy. its not like he threw in his first or a good player. a 3rd round pick is a huge crapshoot and if boomer wanted saunders over maine, he wanted saunders over maine. whatever.


I'm not disputing the trade. Just don't think it was a good one...
