So first of all, how is my team?
And 2nd, who should I put into my utility spot to start the season? I was thinking Pierre, because I need the steals, but I'm not so sure about him ... so my second choice would be Dye...what do you think?

Very solid! I would agree to start Pierre. He'll of course give you steals and a decent avg. I would also consider Thome as well.

So I've decided to start Pierre either way ... but I feel like I've taken a risk with Wells. In my mind, he had a fluke year last year - he's capable of hitting 30 homers, getting 100 RBIs and hitting .290+, so I'm hoping for him to have a good year. But what if it wasn't a fluke year, and he's going downhill? How would my team look if I started Pierre in the OF and had Thome at Util.?

luckily the season doesnt start tommorrow. i would keep an eye on pierre, he may not even start! i agree your team is very good, and you are right that you need pierre's potential steals, you need em in a bad way. if pierre does grab a starting OF slot, he's your man to fill your team

yeah if pierre starts i'd go with him, otherwise Thome still has alot of power left i believe. U have great pitching, and ur hitting u have lots of solid players. u must be a yankee fan...
