Thanks for the interest in the league everyone. I will be at work all day today, just so you know. But I'll be sure to check this post thread and my Yahoo account when I get back. That'll probably be around 10 or 10:30 p.m. CST.
Everyone except one person has said they favor H2H, then roto and one person said that they didn't care. Remember, I'm aiming for 12 to 16 teams, 16 being the goal, so that's about half the league being filled up in less than a day. So at this point I'm going to drop fantasy points (due to it being very unpopular) from the selection process, so any new signups from here on out just list you preferences in order, H2H and roto, vice versa or just only interest in one.
Some might think 16 teams is a large number, and it's probably the biggest you want to get in a keeper league, but my reasoning is two-fold for wanting that number of teams. 1. It's harder and more of a challenge to win as the talent is dispersed more....but not dispersed tooooo thin. 2. If someone or more than one quit after the season (this is always a posibility, but I don't want anyone quiting at any point in the season out of respect to the others in the league!!!), lets say up to four players quit, the league can vote on if they want to add new owners for the dead teams or have those players enter the draft next year with less teams. I prefer the former, filling the dead teams, but I'm getting ahead of myself a bit here. Just showing you that I will not be a strong-arm commish, but will be open to discussing all the things that really impact the league. The only requirement I have is that you try your best and actively try to win every week.
