I would group the four pretty close together. None would I call garbage, thats for sure
Beckett: 3.04 ERA, 152K (142 innings), 1.32 WHIP (weak point)....did not get much run support so his W's suffered. Still a kid and getting better.
Mulder: 3.14 ERA, 128K (187 innings) Weak point, 1.18 WHIP...won't come close to recent win totals with that offense.. ( injury shouldnt bea concern since it was a fractured femur)
Brown: 2.39 ERA, 185K (211 INNINGS)****, 1.14 WHIP. Finally stayed healthy and put up Studly numbers...would be at top of this list if he can repeat 211 innings with that offense behind him. Not to mention, he will not be going against other teams "Aces"
Schmidt:...Top pitcher last year, but doesnt mean squat until he shows his elbow is good after surgery in October on his right elbow to remove scar tissue and repair a tear in the tendon..
In 5X5 I don't see how Mulder is better IMO....not enough K's to top this list
