So is this a keeper league? The league you based these rules on is a keeper, and the language of some of the rules hint that it might be keeper, so I was just wondering if you copied and pasted the rules and just didn't edit it to be a redraft.

It's a redraft, not a keeper. Yes, I did take the rules from another of my leagues. I edited out the keeper rules, I don't think that I missed anything that's inconsistent with a redraft. What did I miss?

Nothing that was explicitly keeper, but things like you can't trade for a player that you traded away for 12 mos. suggests a continuous league. Also there is mention of a prospect roster, and they typically aren't used in redraft leagues. As far as available players, are we just going by those in the Yahoo database?
