New Keeper League

Postby bb2nite » Sat Jan 05, 2008 1:32 pm

I have been playing fantasy baseball for 10 years and have very much enjoyed the competition over the years. I take the competition very seriously and was someone who played ESPN every year until they decided to ruin the game and go for number of link hits over their loyal customer base. I would like to find 9 to 11 managers such as myself who enjoy the competition and every day activity that a stong keeper league brings. If your interested in finding a league to join with others who don't quit and like the challenge of building a winner through the draft, trades and keepers, please send me an IM about joining.

I know everyone believes they are the most active competitive fantasy manager to ever play the game "Legends in their own minds", but what I am looking for are those who are more than talk, those who can walk the walk all season. Baseball is an everyday game, not something you look at once a week or less like Football. Please keep this in mind when contacting me. I look forward to hearing from you and getting things started soon.

Hi bb2nite

Just wanted to express some interest in your keeper league. I have posted quite a bit myself lately (check out the NL/AL only league in Southwestern PA post) looking for an extremely competitive league without much success. I see that you are looking for 9-11 owners and wondering if you are possibly considering either an AL or NL only league. Im in two solid mixed dynasty leagues right now and really wanted to round it out with AL/NL only play. Let me know bro.

I'm very interested but only if it's a mixed league.

I'm game.
I'm a big fan of Yahoo.. in fact it's the only site I play on.

I'm all for it if we can get 11 other active manager (overall 12 teams)

Ditto.

We could consider 6 x 6. I like Holds as a category, gives appropriate value to set up guys, who normally have no value in 5 x 5. Also like OBP instead of BA.
