Your pitchers seem fine but I'd try to maybe trade one or two (if its not past the deadline) for an upgrade at 1B (Kotchman), OF (Alou although he's been hitting well lately), and Util (Thomas, who I can't imagine contributing very much in many categories down the stretch)

Agree completely, you need to upgrade at 1st and Util. Both positions are too deep for Kotchman and Thomas to be holding down starting spots. I'm sure you know that you need to keep an eye on the Alou situation as well. I suspect that spot will have to be rotated for whoever's hot at the time (Giles right now?). Your closers are pretty solid (it seems as if both Myers and Street are stepping into the role at the right time), but I would say try to get an ace if you can. Could be difficult at this point in the season, but maybe you even buy low on a couple potential shut down pitchers (Bonderman?).
