Both deserve to be in, so this argument is mostly moot, but Smoltz has put together a remarkeable career and his post-season numbers put him over the top. I don't want to hear the "not the best pitcher on his team" complaint. Many would argue that Glavine, Maddux & Smoltz are the best pitching staff trio of all time. You don't penalize a guy because he played with two other HoF pitchers.
