I'm assuming this is a 12-team league, right? If so, nice picking.

Chavez at util is amazing. Technically, I guess he qualifies as your 3B, with Pujols at util (just semantics really, but Pujols can cover multiple positions). No real weakness in your hitting, at all. I might consider starting Roberts over Erstad, at least at the beginning of the year, but either way.

Glavine and Clement are not a bad 1-2 punch in the rotation. Obviously lower round picks than your hitters, but they should hold down the fort pretty well. Arthur Rhodes is a great middle-reliever. You may not want to use him unless your starters are faltering, but he and Dotel pretty much hold the title as the only middle-relievers worth using. Smoltz and Mantei *might* get you enough saves to be competitve. At the very least, you'll be in the middle of the pack.

The only players on your team that could be considered weak points are Hernandez, Dreifort, and Payton. Appier and Kip Wells both have the potential to either be good or terrible, and you can switch either of them out of your starting lineup as necessary. Anyway, since all of your weak spots are on your bench, you're in pretty good shape. Would be nice to have a stronger bench, but in a 12-team league, that's sometimes impossible.
