Personally, I really like him.

He has had a couple of great years and then a hiccup at the start of last year. I would be wary if the two halfs of last year were reversed but he turned it around in the second half and seemed to back to his old self.

He won't give you great ancillary numbers but is a great mid-round pick.

Plus what a great name - spelled Buehrle but pronounced Burly

All I am saying is that there is a price to pay for having him, and that is 200 innings worth of a below-average K rate. In a roto league, unless you are really well-positioned with Ks, he will hurt you in that category as much as the wins help you (after all, even if you presume wins in the high teens, which is a stretch, this is only 3-5 more than the next best guy could probably get you).

He is worth having on the back end of your rotation for a few bucks or a low draft pick, but don't think there isn't a price to pay for his upside.

I like Buehrle because of all the innings pitched but I get a point per 1/3 inning in my H2H league, making him more attractive. He is young and should put up some nice numbers this year. I am planning on taking him late especially with the pitching matchups against the AL Central B-)

I'd be real cautious with Buehrle this year, and wouldn't want to pin too much hope on him.

I'm not looking for him to bust out or anything, but he is a good get as the last couple of rounds approach
