Some TV channels have what's called "Weather Panorama" - where they just bore their viewers with uncommented images from fixed cameras all over the country, preferrably from scenic points - sponsored by the local tourism board to make people visit.
Well, in the Czech republic they have it as well, and a computer artist hacked into their system and stuck a nuclear explosion on top of it.http://news.orf.at/video/iptvpopup.html ... hacker.wmv
Keep in mind that this actually went on air. Uncommented. Needless to say that the TV station got bombarded with phone calls of viewers who had casually witnessed the outbreak of the third world war. Guess that proves once more that you can't believe everything you see on TV.
