I run an 18 team dynasty that plays on Yahoo and we're conducting our inagural draft. We're more than half through, but one owner may leave. If he does, we need ONE GOOD AND RELIABLE owner to take his place.
his team -
Ryan Fay is the commish and Michael Gindes is the vice commish. Contact me at mailto:email@example.com

There will be 18 teams in the league.
LEAGUE TYPE / OFFSEASONS
We’re an “ultimate holdover” league, where all players owned at the end of a given season by a given team are retained for the following season. However, you can trade and add/drop players during the offseason, but your total heading into the following season must be 30.
Our draft will be done over several weeks via e-mail. There will be 30 rounds, to ensure each team has 30 players. Each time has eight hours to pick, and if they won’t be around, leave a queue with Mike Gindes or I and we will announce it as soon as we get it.
Each roster consists of 30 players. There will be DL spots if Yahoo! Allows them.
There will be no limit on free agent/waiver adds and drops and no limit on trades. Each player will have two days to pass through waivers, and each trade, only those involving players, has one day to be blocked by the league. Two-thirds of the league– 12 owners – will need to protest the trade and give a reason for their protest. The trade deadline will be in late July or early August, depending on what options are presented by Yahoo in the spring.
There will be two day waiting period while players are waived. Order is based on last claim. For instance, if you make a claim for a player and get it, you will then be last in priority and everyone else moves up. The offseason waiver order will be determined by the standings of the previous season. Once an owner puts in a successful claim he will move to the end of the line. Waiver claims will have to be posted on the message board and there will again be a two day waiting period.
20 games for hitters to qualify at a new position; 5 for all pitchers.
At the beginning of the Fantasy Baseball season, Yahoo! Sports placed all players into positions based on information from official rosters. Some players appear in multiple position lists and are eligible to fill any of those positions.
If a position player makes 15 appearances at a new position during the season, he will become eligible to play that position in Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball.
Pitchers need to make three starts to become eligible as a starter, and five relief appearances to qualify as a reliever.
All minor leaguers can be drafted, regardless of their status in yahoo. The team that drafted the minor leaguer will have rights to that player one week into the season. If by that time, the player has not been added to the yahoo database and picked up by that team, they lose their rights to that player and have to replace him with a major leaguer from the Free Agent list.
GAME / INNING LIMITS
There are no limits on game starts or innings.
There will be 30 rounds in snake format. 1-10, 10-1, 1-10, etc. Draft position will be determined by a preseason roll of dice online.
