S.O.S!! Help save the sinking ship!!

I need some advice on a team full of underachievers thus far that has put me at the bottom of the heap. It's an 8 team H2H that counts OBP and Holds as well as the standard 5x5 scoring.

C: Kenji Johjima
1B: Adrian Gonzalez/ Carlos Delgado
2B: Rickie Weeks
3B: BJ Upton/ Ryan Zimmerman
SS: Jimmy Rollins
OF: Carl Crawford
OF: Alfonso Soriano
OF: Matt Holliday
Util: Travis Hafner
BN: Alex Rios
BN: Bill Hall

SPs: Roy Oswalt, Josh Beckett, Chris Capuano, Curt Schilling, Matt Cain, Ted Lilly, Phil Hughes (DL)
RPs: Joe Nathan, Bobby Jenks, JJ Putz, Joel Zumaya (DL)

Should I get rid of Hall for a reliever (i.e. Rafael Soriano?) because the league is pretty inactive with only 2 trades total thus far. Any advice is helpful, leave a link I'll get ya back.

yeah i guess try getting some holds. suprsing that soriano would be available in a league that counts them. i dont know alot about H2H leagues but i'm thinking you want to split your RPs 2 for holds. 2 for saves. instead of 4 for saves. not sure about that though - hopefully someone else can chime in.

also you seem to be loaded up with speedy guys. weeks, rollins, soriano. crawford, upton. that's not a great way to build a H2H team. which would explain why you're not doing well. granted rollins, crawford, and soriano are the best SB-guys cause they can hit too. but players who steal bags tend to be streaky. and they get their hits and steals in huge hot streaks half the time, and do nothing the other half.
