Would he pitch against the Mets? Piazza might call for one high inside fastball after another!

I was also wondering whether the Mets will actually hit him this time. :-D

And so would end any future relationship with the Yankees when his career finally is over. Better gets those Clemens' Yankeeographies on YES taped now, because you will not be seeing them ever again should he sign with Houston.

Closer for Houston.......hmmm don't think so. They have 2 guys who could do a great job. He's definately going to be in the rotation if he signs.

This kind of puts a wrench in my plans of drafting carlos hernandez..........

That might be the part of the contract that they are trying to work out. No starts against the Mets. Lol. :-D

I just drafted Roger Clemens in the 16th round of my 20 team keeper league. With guys like Tomo Ohka and Tim Redding going now, I figure it's a good risk to take ;-D

Not all contracts are about paying for a player's services. Some are for putting butts in the seats as well. This is one case where more people would show up, and therefore sell seats as well as provide a good starting pitcher for the Astros.
