Under MMA rules that sounds spot on.

One dimensional fighters don't make it in MMA. It's been proven time and time and time again.

Agreed, Agreed and Agreed. One dimensional fighters do not make it very long in MMA. While I love boxing and have tremendous respect for their discipline .... boxers are a distinct disadvantage in any MMA fight. a few boxers have tried to fight in Pride (in Japan) and gotten their asses handed to them like that. Not to knock boxing, but to have success in MMA ... you simply have to be trained in more than 1 discipline.
