Arod said the only way he will go to Boston is if it is approved by the Player's Union!

And get this! George Steinbrenner is trying to butter up Nomar:

Yankees owner George Steinbrenner didn't think the trade would go through.

``But if I had Nomar,'' he added, ``I wouldn't trade him because of how much he means to that team and that city.''

HAHAHAHA!!

Like you are loyal!

If he had Pettitte, well, he'd let him go to Houston because he knows how much Andy meant to his team and his city. Twit.

I read it. He's messing with Nomar's head trying to sabatoge the Sox by getting Nomar even more upset at the situation. Lol. :-b

The Player's Union has allowed A-rod to form his own team, the Powder Blue Stockings. The Powder Blue Stockings will compete in both the AL and NL so A-rod may better market himself to the rest of the country. Large mirrors will be placed over both dugouts so that A-rod may admire himself during the game. An official announcement is expected later in the day.

Nomar is more compared to Jeter than to Pettite. I understand your comparison, but when I think Boston, I think Nomar and when I think Yankees, I think Jeter.
