Check this team out, 5x5 H2H

I had my draft last night for a money league I've been in for a few years now. Basic 5x5 H2H scoring on Yahoo, except we use OPS instead of AVG.

C - Michael Barrett
1B - Prince Fielder
3B - Scott Rolen
SS - Rafael Furcal
OF - Matt Holliday
OF - Delmon Young
OF - Willy Taveras
UTIL - Adrian Gonzalez
BN - Brian Giles
BN - Mark Teahen

SP - Johan Santana
SP - Jake Peavy
SP - Carlos Zambrano
SP - Rich Harden
RP - Billy Wagner
RP - Eric Gagne
P - Joel Zumaya
P - Jonathan Broxton
BN - Erik Bedard
BN - Clay Hensley
BN - Adam Loewen
BN - Dan Wheeler

While my offense could afford some upgrades, I'm pretty pleased with my pitching staff. I guess it should be noted that there are 2-3 managers that are notorious waiver wire churners for pitchers. I try to offset that by going heavy with SP's in the draft and taking as many high-K guys as I can. That way when I face the churners I don't lose too much ground to them when they are busy spot starting guys like Kip Wells and Brett Tomko all week to maybe gain a couple wins and few more lousy K's.

Also this league is notorious for going heavy with batters early in the draft, then within the first two months there are a couple teams desperate for pitching that they're willing to sell the farm for anything that remotely resembles a decent pitcher. I can usually acquire another decent bat for one of my arms later on.
