I like Nomar, but that's in my league where we draft 1B, CI and 2 DH spots. In such a shallow league, you need a big bat at 1B. I love the rest of your infield though. Martin's risky but has big upside. Don't overvalue his potential for steals at catcher though because you already have Pierre, Bay, Weeks and even Guillen producing there for you. You might be better off getting a more reliable catcher with some power. Alou's a surprise at your sole DH spot, I'd imagine there's a better alternative there too.
Consider trading Martin and Thome if they can get you an improvement at 1B but they're not bad players to wait out and see what happens. Also consider dealing Pierre later in the season. SB studs always have value and if you can build a lead you'll probably still be able to compete with your other SB producers.
I like your pitching but you've got lots of unproven talent. Huge upside though but Lackey's really your only proven ace, followed not too far by Cain, but he's certainly not proven. Everyone loves finding a hidden gem, but you don't want your entire roster to be risky. Consider dealing some of these guys for an ace.
