Roto or H2H? You seem to mention both. Your infield looks farily good (Helton has started downhill, but he still plays in Coors field). I am somewhat less enthusiastic about the outfield. Bonds is a huge injury risk now with his knee and elbow having been under the knife in recent years and his age with most players being retired at his age. I don't think Dye will get the same numbers as last year, but if he plays most of the year he still will be fairly decent. I don't know much about most of your bench players, but if you are in a H2H I might drop some for pitchers.
Your pitching looks fairly decent, though if Verlander has a sophmore slump and Harden has his normal injury it could be depleted. As mentioned before, if it is a H2H I would look for some more SP
