these are the settings. the main thing i need help with for it are strategies for the innings pitched limit and the games played limit.

The IP limit and GP limit shouldnt be a concern in this draft. Just remember that pitching is much more valuable in Roto leagues that H2H. Draft a balanced team and you should contend.

Deep league. 1600 is a lot of innings.

You're going to need about 7 starters and 3 relievers.
