You're worried about the pitching, so let's look at it-

Webb--Obviously solid, no worries here.

Matsusaka--A gamble, probably a good one, but there could be an adjustment period.

Clemens--A bigger gamble, I think he'll pitch, but perhaps not until May or June.

Bedard--Fairly solid, seems on a good path.

You probably need 1 more starter, especially with Clemens' status up in the air. There may be some options on the waiver wire seeing as how you have 11 teams and only 17 roster spots. You can probably drop LaRoche for a solid starter (is Sowers taken?--or someone of that ilk.)

The hitting's nice, great round placement on Rios!

2. (17) Travis Hafner Util- nice player, but only being a Utility player really sucks, trust me, I had him last year
3. (28) Grady Sizemore OF- stud, you'll love him
4. (39) Hanley Ramírez SS- nice
5. (50) Brandon Webb SP- very nice
6. (61) Hideki Matsui OF- very nice
7. (72) Rickie Weeks 2B- good
8. (83) Daisuke Matsuzaka SP- I like Dice K, nice pick
9. (94) Bobby Jenks RP- bad era, lotta saves
10. (105) Chipper Jones 3B- prob will get hurt, so trade him when he gets hot
11. (116) Kenji Johjima C- will be a top 5 catcher this year
12. (127) Francisco Cordero RP- late rd pick that will get ya 40 saves
13. (138) Erik Bedard SP- nice
14. (149) Roger Clemens SP- will he come back, prob
15. (160) Álex Ríos OF- you got him @160, wow, thats your best pick!!
16. (171) Joe Borowski RP- nice
17. (182) Adam LaRoche 1B- very nice

I second the Laroche for another starter move. Your team is good so there aren't many options for people you would want to drop.
