Two is perfect, I think. As much as I'd love to do more, I agree with Y's Guy's point. I've tried having 3 teams in both football and baseball and it gets too confusing to keep track of everything, too. But I would go crazy if I only did one. One of mine is a 5x5 head-to-head, been doing it with the same group of friends for 8 or 9 years. My other one is a head-to-head points league with work buddies and that's been going about 5-6 years. The best is when you can get league continuity going... but yes, two is best I think.
