Well the TV finals are tomorrow. One of our local boys, Chris Johnson, decided to join the tour this year (he is good enough to be there) and he made the cut to the match play this week. He got eliminated by Walter Ray Williams Jr., but pocketed $2,000 and is the #1 man in the Rookie of the Year standings after the first week.

I'm looking forward to the show tomorrow!

I'm here between 8-10 hours a day, on average. So I guess the answer is, yes, I do leave occasionally. I love it here at the Cafe', but I think everyone already knows that.

That if we went back and checked every single Post in the "talk" section.... madison has about a 95% hit rate.

I'm not sure about percentage of threads, but this is from my profile page:

Total posts: 10996
[7.85% of total / 66.24 posts per day]

Almost 8% of the posts here are mine. Somewhere around 1 in 12.5. As to percentage of threads, that would take a long time to figure out.

Now once spring training gets here, I expect that number to fall. I'll still be posting all the time, but we will have a lot of new members posting as well.

but, if you take off the spring, madison, well if you take the spring off there is a good chance that someone drops RJ...
I think the only way this happens is if you start a protoge or train a replacement to awnser ... "Everybody's Question's" ..

Please don't misunderstand. I'm not going anywhere. I'll be here all the time, probably even more than now . I'm just too opinionated for my own good sometimes.

What I was getting at is last year we had around 1500 registered users plus gusts posting. Next year, I expect 2500 plus guests(maybe even 3000). With that many people here, I don't think I'll still have 8% of the total posts. Right now we are just shy of 2000 registered users.

Not that any of this really matters anyway.

As to grooming new Mods and protoges, I've always got my eyes open.
