Very solid career for Radke. And I know as a Twins fan everyone appreciated his loyalty and his willingness to pitch through pain. I hope he has a happy retirement.

Pitching through a torn labrum and broken shoulder socket is perhaps the most pain I've ever heard a baseball player play with. Having a bunch of family from Minnetonka, Radke was a family favorite...his early retirement reminds me of Robert Smith's -- another family fave. Wish Radke the best. ;-D

I was a little sad to see Radke lose his last game when the A's beat him to advance in the playoffs, but that was drowned out by my happiness that the A's were advancing in the playoffs. He was a classy guy.
