Both Wayne and Ahnold have been in great films, neither are great actors though IMO.
In Arnold's case, I think Terminator I and II were great films. I remember liking Total Recall and that would be the next closest thing to great, but haven't seen it in a long while to say for certain. I also remember enjoying True Lies and thought Tia Carrere should have had the lead instead (you know, for that stripping scene), but I wouldn't classify it as "great".
I don't think you're giving Kindergarten Cop or Twins enough credit.
Seriously though, I wasn't saying either had been in a plethora of great films, just that they had been in some. TI and TII were the two that came to my mind for Ahnold as well, and Total Recall. What about the original Predator or Running Man? Oh and the Conan films?
I remember Kindergarten Cop and Twins too. Haven't seen either one in like 15+ years (longer than Total Recall for me), but I really liked Twins. Of course, I've seen Predator and Conan and enjoyed them as well. I vaguely remember The Running Man, but I found it to be fascinating viewing actually.
I'd have to revisit those movies some time (as well as Total Recall) but I suppose I'm thinking greatness in a strict view. For example, I view True Lies as great entertainment, but as a complete film to be regarded as a classic, it falls short of that. Terminator I & II provide both of those values: entertainment as well as that "completeness" to be truly great.
