Of course it did, you're not a 13 year old girl.

Zombieland: 8.5/10

I really enjoyed this one, a good mix of comedy, action and indie drama.

I've always had my suspicions.

Cyrus - 6.5/10 - I was hoping for something a little lighter, more along the lines of Step Brothers. It was still pretty good though.

It seems kind of dark to me in the preview I saw. Dark comedy is a hard sell. I remember laughing so hard at Very Bad Things only to look around the room and see no one else laughing.

I've been meaning to see that. What does Miley wear in it? Anything hot?

It wasn't even dark comedy so much...I'm a fan of that. The funny parts were on the silly side, but the rest of it was trying to be a serious relationship movie, and I think there should have been more of the former and less of the latter.

Saw taken on HBO last night. 8.5/10. Really an awesome movie, maybe just a slight notch below the ones that I would consider to be my favorites.

Band of Brothers 9.5/10
Almost finished going through it for the second time and it may be even better the second time around.

Punisher War Zone 0/10...

I'm not a picky movie watcher. If it holds my attention, it's getting at least a 5. That being said, I threw this on after the All Star game last night for background noise and ended up staying awake for the whole movie. And not because it was good.

Now, I'm a big Punisher fan. I read and own the entire comic book run (around 80ish issues) by Garth Ennis and it was some of the best comic reading I ever experienced. I heard the movie was weak, but I figured it would at least be OK for a fan such as myself.

This movie was so ridiculously awful, I had to watch the whole thing just to see if it was as bad at the end as it was in the beginning/middle. I also felt it was my duty to get a complete picture so I could come on this thread and warn you all to not make same mistake I did.

From the ridiculous plot to the not so special effects, this movie was an absolute train wreck. But nothing, and I mean nothing, was as grating as the fake New York accents these people tried sporting. I'm a huge Julie Benz fan, but that accent made me...

DEXTER SPOILER

...wish that Trinity made a cameo in this movie

DONE SPOILER

Now, all of this makes for a pretty crappy movie. However, what really pushed it over the top was the moving performance of Doug Hutchison as Loony Bin Jim (yes, that was his real name). By 'moving', I mean 'a fork towards my eyes/ears every time he was onscreen to help ease the pain of watching/hearing this aural/visual enema of an acting performance'.

So please, avoid this movie at all costs. It is easily in the bottom 3 movies I have ever seen. As a comparison, the other 2 movies were the times I accidentally walked in on animal porn.
