Should have been called "The Cigarettes" with people lighting up every 5 seconds.
The good guys were too weak, as I found myself cheering on the birds quite a lot.
A "restaurant" had 65 metric tonnes of booze in it.
I liked the way it was shot, but the story was kinda ghey and weak, as was the ending.
That might be my least favorite Hitchcock movie (overall i pretty much everything he did). Besides his classics (North by Northwest, Rear Window, Man who Knew too Much,
ect...) I recommend Frenzy
or Dial M for Murder
That's good to hear.
North By Northwest keeps coming on Fox Classics, but I keep missing it.
I think this was my first Hitchcock movie, can't remember - very disappointed though.
The Birds was so dated I was expecting someone to tell a joke about a chinaman doing their laundry
