I checked out Dark City about a few months after I had first seen The Matrix and thought it was pretty good. I haven't seen Dark City since then (or at least don't remember), but I'll check out the director's cut.

The Wrestler- 8/10: Good movie but not quite great. I doubt I'll watch it again, but I'll probably always remember it.

Notorious- 6.5/10: Too calculated and I never really felt anything. It was just a story to me and it was really hard to tell who the characters were. It could have been a lot better but ended up feeling like a made for TV movie with some boobs and curse words.

Dark City is an awesome movie. It lacks the cheesiness of the Matrix. Quite underrated IMO.

What did the new version have? Is it on BluRay?

The Wrestler i thought it was great...no real complaints at all (other than the fact that Marissa Tomei should have taken her clothes off in the movies 10 years ago). Mickey Rourke was amazing
9/10

Fanboys- 7/10

Comedy about a group of friends who are obsessed with Star Wars in the year 1998 who decide to go to the Skywalker ranch and steal a copy of Episode 1 so one of them, who is dying of cancer, can see the movie before he dies...Fun movie to watch if you`re a Star Wars fan. If not, then don`t waste your time watching this movie.

I watched through Star Wars recently. I had seen one of the original trilogy movies, and one of the prequels, but it was long enough ago that I can't remember which ones. Anyways I watched them in production order, so IV, V, VI, I, II, and III. I don't know about individual ratings for each but I'd have to say 9.5/10 for the whole series. I was surprised to read such negative things about the prequels on IMDb afterward though. Maybe if I had waited 20 years between the two sets then I may not have liked them as much either.
