Anyone hear any news on him?

Sep 3 Guillen left Saturday's game because of a right hamstring strain, the Detroit News reports.
Recommendation: "It's a hamstring involved," manager Jim Leyland said. "It's high up near the buttocks, a little bit more than down the middle of the leg, which hopefully is a little bit encouraging. We'll just have to wait and see." The Tigers will have a better idea of how much time Guillen will miss with the injury after examining him on Sunday.

I have playoffs this week coming up....what the hell should i do?

I'm hoping it's not serious. But if it is, I'd take a chance on Peralta.

Guillen could return this weekend

DETROIT -- Jim Leyland said after today's game that he now thinks Carlos Guillen will be back for this weekend's series in Minnesota. Guillen strained his right hamstring Saturday night. He was able to run at three-quarters speed before today's game.

Also, Leyland expressed optimism that Placido Polanco could return sometime soon, although not as soon as Guillen. It could be sometime next week, though.
