honestly, i dont think JD is worth being on any fantasy teams.

id rather have a player that has 50% of JD's talent but at 100% physically.

It wouldn't surprise me if he was playing hurt, am I getting him mixed up with Magglio Ordonez, or are there bonuses to his contract for playing more games?
Having Boras as an agent, I could see him changing his stripes to follow the money. I very happily traded him for an injured Matsui, because at least I could DL matsui and get a usable player for the rest of the year.

something is definitely up. He's completely off character this year

-not making any "I'm not going to play headlines"
-playing in a ton of games...even pinch hitting when he's given a day off
-not slugging for crap
-solid in OF
-not even arguing with umps over HIS strike zone (after first half anyway)

Last night with 1 out and bases loaded he hit a grounder up middle, but then beat the GIDP throw to first scoring a run. LAter on in the inning he came around to score and actually seemed happy about the situation, instead of surly for lowering his BA--not normal.

Basically he's been pretty good for the dodgers, but mainly crap for Fantasy teams.
