I was on a roll early in the season with guys like Penny, Capuano, and Glavine eating wins. Now the arms seem to have lost the firepower.

I'd give your offense a slight edge over the 1st place guys, but with Liriano/Halladay/Clemens/Paps, I'd say his pitching is better. However, Pettite just had a great outing, Smoltz is solid, and you have 4 decent closers too. If Kazmir can get healthy and Caps/Penny can be ok the rest of the season, you definitely have a shot. Especially in H2H where anything can happen.

Im sorry to say it but it looks as if this guy has you dominated. I doubt his pitching will falter. As of now tho, you may have a chance to beat him on the offensive side as nomar is hurt and feliz is in the middle of a large slump :,-( . But feliz did get his frist day off yesterday, so id watch out. haha. But i would say that unless his players have unforseen injuries or slumps, its no ooking good for you. sorry :~(

his team seems to be a little better overall, but in h2h you will not be facing him every week so anything can happen
