30 HR, 89 RBI, 79 R, 14 SB, and an OPS over 1.000 from a Centerfielder? Thank you, may I please have another?

5th in HR, 4th in RBI, and 4th in Runs in the NL. :-°

Your not even counting today Hort. He's got 32 HR, 94 RBI, 81 Runs. Which makes him 1st, 3rd and 3rd.

Wright's OBP is four points higher.
Beltran's SLG is almost 100 points higher.

Wright's a good 3B glove (oddly enough, his best play didn't need his glove at all).
Beltran's a Gold Glove CF.

Wright's a smart baserunner.
Beltran has the best SB% of all time.

I love D-Wright, I really do. But give me Beltran any day.

(I'm just happy we have both. ;-D )

Also, Beltran is one of the smartest baserunners in the game. Hes often commended on the ability to choose the right pitch, and have the right timing to steal the base, compared to his speed.

I know. I highlighted his baserunning ability. I didn't go much in depth but it's hard to have the best SB% of all time if you're not a smart baserunner. ;-)

I have no clue. He does need to start running again, though. He has 14 SB so I'm not really complaining but he has potential for much more.

Oh wait, that's right. All his hits are for extra bases so he never has the opportunity to steal second. ;-7 :-D

Beltran is on pace for the following:

50 hr
149 RBI
93 BB
22 SB
.282 AVG

He'll wisely go 1st in more than 1 draft next season.

He likes stealing 3rd so he still has plenty of oppurtunities to steal some bags. With this huge division lead he might not bother risking an injury now though. :,-(
