Expect a better second half run?

My team is sitting in second place at the break, six games back of the leader at 74-58-8. I suppose it's not right to complain too much about being in that position, but it seems like many of my studs (Young, Bay, ARam, Delgado) haven't lived up to expectations. I'm planning on trading Delgado for an arm once he heats up. That being said, if I were to make no moves, should I expect to have a better second half?

12 team, 5x5 h2h league

C- McCann
1b- Pujols
2b- Utley
3b- ARam
SS- Young
OF- Bay
OF- Crawford
OF- Podsednik
Util- Ortiz
BN- Delgado
BN- Tracy

SP- Hudson, Zito, Cain, Blanton, Bedard, Duke, Snell

RP- Rivera, Lidge, Isringhausen, Turnbow

You need to pick up a quality starter or two ASAP, and I agree with you that waiting for Delgado to heat up then trading is the right way to acquire it. Depending on how often you win saves, you might consider packaging one of your lesser guys with Tracy for a bigger bat or another SP.

Thanks for your help with mine.
I would try to package either ARam or Tracy with a closer for 2 solid SPs. If you can trade ARam in such a deal, Tracy would be a solid fill-in at 3B and I might even play him there without trading ARam. Hope this helps

maybe try giving tracy and hudson/blanton. i value haren a lot higher than his yahoo rank. i traded him with halladay earlier this year for manny and big unit.
