Berkman and Gomes have never been equal. That was just a bad bad bad trade

Wait what?

Berkman for Gomes? How are you in first? :-o

hindsight that one was a bad trade, he was equal until he injured his shoulder.

i dont understand such excessive trading...don't people believe in the players they draft anymore? seems like too many fantasy managers want what they dont have and dont appreciate what they have. unless its a total killer deal i cant refuse, i dont trade until things pan out and my team's weakness are clear and need to be addressed.

A-Rod was in a package deal that landed me Chavez, Soriano and Jeter. Sori and Jeter ended up getting traded in the deal that got me Thome, Haren, Tejada and Crawford.

I am in a similar situation in my 12 team NL only league:

Players added by FA:

D Ross
B Phillips
J Carroll
S Taguchi
El Ramirez
C Park

Biggio/J Jones for Turnbow/Miles/Church (who i dropped anyhow)
Abreu/Barmes for Rolen/Dunn
R Ortiz/T Ohka/R Clayton for Furcal/Milton

Shortly after the Abreu trade I shot up the standing from around 8-9th to 3rd where I have been holding pretty steady since then. I keep drawing closer and closer to the top two as well. Plus I got Prior and D Lee back so the second half of the season should be interesting!
