Last night's episode was great. It's been a long time since I've laughed as hard at something on television as I did at the 'Dayman' scene last night. Great stuff. Although, my wife is pissed now because I've had that song stuck in my head since last night.

Day-man...fighter of the Night-man, champion of the sun.
Master of Karate, and friendship, for everyone

This show has quickly vaulted to favorite status for me. ;-D

"Sweet Dee is Dating a Retarded Person"...I cracked up so much...definitely one of my fave episodes. :-D

The new season of Philadelphia is really impressing me. "Sweet Dee dates a retard" was the funniest episode I've seen so far. :-D

Is this a show that I can jump in on? Or should I start watching from the beggining?

I'd watch from the beginning b/c there are references and jokes here and there...but it's not mandatory.

Last night was yet another funny episode...The Gang Gets Whacked - it was an hour (Part I & Part II a half hour each).

Season 4 just arrived today. I'll hammer through it in a few days, DVRing tonight. Just got into this show in the last few months, but it is so absurdly hysterical. ;-D

You'll probably want to read up and become well-versed in bird law before delving into last night's episode. Otherwise much of it will be way over your head.

Also, eff my Tivo for cutting off the last few minutes. I don't even know how the episode ended.
