start meche?

sorry if somebodys already asked this, but should i start meche vs. toronto tom? i could use the win but would rather keep my other stats intact.

After shutting down the Yankees, I don't see why you wouldn't start him.

I would sit him. Toronto is tougher than the Yankees IMO. Soriano, Bernie, and Boone are all slumping at once. Giambi isn't himself this year either. Toronto is a very tough offensive team and Meche is a mediocre starter. It's a gamble, but I wouldn't start him.

I dropped meche for r. soriano this week.. his schedule doesn't look favorable.. if the rest of his starts were day games i'd start him everyday.

Mediocre? His 3.78 era ranks 33rd for sp, not too shabby, considering hes about a half run under league average.

IMO he's mediocre. The guy had a hot start, but has since fizzled with a couple bright spots. I just don't think he's as good as his numbers show. 33rd best SP is actually mediocre if you ask me.

Theres 30 teams times 5 sp each. So basically hes 33rd out of 150 sp. You have tough guidelines if medicorce starts there. Seems like maybe halfway, 75th, would be average, or mediocre.
