Im thinking of picking up Micheal Barrett off FA, but he has been hurt recently and he has that 10 game suspension to serve, and im in 5th and trying to move up and i just cant have a hole in the line up.

Why am I having a hard time winning with this team?

Hold off on picking up Barrett until the suspension is over. Russ Martin is a solid enough player that if you miss out you'll still be ok...I wouldn't leave the hole that long (although if you want to go a day or two early to get a jump on the competition there's nothing wrong with that).

Helton has been struggling most of the year but should rebound. That will help some. Figgins is great for you to play if you need some sb's in the h2h matchup....I'd be tempted to slot him in early in the week though the only guy I could see sending to the bench for him would be Phillips.

Your pitching is suffering from a lack of Clemens. When he comes back you've got a very good pitching staff.

Make sure to watch your offensive categories each week - Figgins gives you a lot of options and your team should never lose sb's...use Figgins to make sure that sb's are yours every week.

what league has fielding percentage???!?? That could be why, M-Cab and Tejada arent exactly wizards with the glove, its really a shame there is no batting average also beacuse your team has some great hitters. Just give it time I guess

I would play Figgins often. He produces in so many categories, and should definitely win you SBs every week. And he never hurts in R either.
