I know it's not a link, but Chris Capuano has the best PO move in the majors. In 427.1 IP he's picked off 24 guys and only allowed 6 SB's. He's a freak.

I tend to conern myself with catchers more than pitchers. Rotoworld usually makes a list of the guys with good/bad matchups prior to each week in their article titled "The Week Ahead."
Is there anything fluffier than a cloud?
If there is, I don't want to know about it.
