Your pitching seems to be struggling of late. Garcia's last 3 starts haven't been spectacular, Tomko has recently had bad outings, same goes for maddux and escobar. Clemens hasn't pitched yet and cordero and valverde have continued to blow save chances. You need to stabalize your pitching situation. I don't know why you're in last though because your batting looks pretty solid.

I can see why that team is in last...your best player slumping...no #1 SP...peralta at short....not many double and triples hitter..etc

You really need to make some changes. I would trade for a SP. I think id deal Howard for a good starting pitcher.

Sorry, but your staff stinks. Tomko shouldent be owned. Garcia has been inconsistent. Hudson will give you some good starts. I dropped Maddux 3 weeks ago in a 10 teamer and nobody touched him.

Also you should pickup Finley for triples at home. They renamed triples ally finleys ally.

Help?

I agree with the other guys that you need to improve your speed and starting pitching. What are the top free agents available in your league? In my league, at least, there are several FAs still available that could really help you out (e.g. Brandon Phillips). Also, how does pitching work in your league? Can you change pitchers on a daily basis or do you set your line-up for an entire week? If you can change on a daily basis, you may want to consider picking up and dropping pitchers to improve your K and win numbers. This won't help your ERA/WHIP totals, but if you're in last place in those categories anyways...
