I'm in first, can I stay there? keeper league, who to ditch?

I'm in a 14 team keeper league
major roster 25
minor roster 10
3rd season since inagural draft
7x7 (R, RBI, HR, SB, K, AVG, OPS) (W, CG, SV, K, HLD, ERA, WHIP)

C Ramon Hernandez
1B Prince Fielder
2B Chase Utley
SS Julio Lugo
3B Aramis Ramirez
LF Garret Anderson
CF Johnny Damon
RF Jonny Gomes
U1 Travis Hafner
U2 Felipe Lopez
Bench Jorge Posada C
Bench Jose Vidro 2B

Aaron Harang
Brandon Webb
Brett Myers
C.C. Sabathia
Kevin Millwood
Jon Garland
Roy Halladay

Brandon McCarthy SP/RP

Bobby Jenks
Brad Lidge
Brandon Lyon
Brendan Donnelly

Carlos Quentin
Guillermo Quiroz
Justin Upton
Kevin Youkilis 1B 3B
Melky Cabrera LF

Brad Radke SP
Cole Hamels SP
Jose Mesa RP
Michael Pelfrey RP
Travis Bowyer RP

No takers on Posada, but I can get Mathis for Vidro?
Drop Millwood (or just only start him on the road) and Garland, and bring up Hamels and Youkilis?
Do I trade Halliday for David Ortiz?
Do I drop Donnelly and bring up Mesa? or Pick up Logan Kinsly?

Can I stay in first if I sit on this team and wait out my recent lagging offence?

I'd stick with Vidro you have two Cs that should be starting in a 14 team league and should be good for a few more years. I wouldnt worry about Mathis. I would leave Hamels and Youkilis on your minor league roster unless you can demote Garland I wouldn't worry about promoting either. Millwood is a top 30 pitcher if he's not in arlington so I wouldn't consider dropping him in a keeper/dynasty league. I hate giving up an ace, but Big Papi is one of the best in the business. I'd consider the move if you are playing for this season because I feel Fielder will collapse during the second half. I would grab Logan Kensing... If you can I'd dump Mesa for him. I wouldn't want a Colorado pitcher that isn't the closer or a starter that you can't spot start.

Big Papi isn't eligible at 1B, so is it Feilder by himeself all season at 1B or do I bring up Youkilis as back up if I dump a slumping pitcher? 1B is a cheap position to trade up for ( I dumped Konerko for Jenks because I needed a closer and had a good trade record with someone else).

Donnelly I have around for holds, but he's underperforming, and Mesa's role's established, plus McCarthy picks them up from a SP position. I'd drop Donnelly for promoting Mesa and would toss Kensing in the minors.

Nobody bites on Posada, even for a midgrade OF with multi position elegibility, maybe I have to offer Hernadez to pick up some power?
